How long can I expect my candle or reed diffuser to last?
Our standard 10oz candles offer a burn time of approximately 60-70 hours. Our 200ml reed diffusers are designed to provide continuous fragrance for 4 to 6 months, depending on the airflow and temperature of the room.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury fragrances worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
